Signing in and your PIN

Sign in to the Trela Guard App with your mobile number, choose your own PIN, change it, and what to do when you forget it.

Who can do this: Guards and supervisors

The first time

  1. Open the Trela Guard App and enter your mobile number and the PIN from your sign-in sheet.
  2. Choose your own 4-digit PIN. Pick one nobody can guess. Not 1111 or 1234.
  3. From then on, sign in with your own PIN. The first one no longer works.

Change your PIN

  1. Go to Profile, then Settings, then Change PIN.
  2. Enter the PIN you use now, then your new one.

Forgot your PIN?

Ask your office or supervisor to reset it. They give you a new PIN, and the app asks you to choose your own again. Your shifts and anything you recorded offline stay on the phone until you sign back in.

If the app says your access is off or paused

Contact your office. They know why. Anything saved on your phone is sent once you can sign in again.
