Checking in and out

Check in at your site by GPS or the site’s QR poster, check out when your shift ends, and ask for a correction when a day is wrong.

Who can do this: Guards and supervisors

Check in

  1. Open the Check tab.
  2. With GPS: at your site, choose Check In Now. You must be inside the site’s area; the app tells you if you are outside it.
  3. With the QR poster: choose QR Code, scan the poster at your site or type the code printed on it, then check in.
  4. When your shift ends, choose Check Out.

If your site has no poster, or the app cannot find your site, tell your supervisor.

No signal

Without a connection the app saves your check-in and says Saved. Will sync when online. It is sent when your phone is back online, and the app still knows your site and shift if you close and reopen it.

A day is wrong

  1. On the Check tab, find the day in your recent attendance and choose Request a correction.
  2. Say what should change and choose Send to the office.
  3. The office approves or rejects it, and you see its answer on the same tab.
