Priced per staff member on your roll per month, ₹15 plus 18% GST. Anyone on your roll on any day of a month counts for that month. There are no setup fees, and every plan includes the office software, the guard app and the client login.
Monthly in arrears. On the 1st, Trela invoices the previous month’s staff on the roll, and the invoice is due by bank transfer within 15 days. Your first month is charged from the day your subscription starts. An annual commitment at a lower rate can be agreed instead.
Nothing is blocked. You can keep adding staff and console users, and we will talk to you about the plan that fits.
Yes. A plan change takes effect from the 1st of the following month, so each monthly invoice covers a single plan.
