Using Trela Client View
Sign in, download invoices, follow and escalate incidents, raise a concern about a guard and reply to your agency.
Who can do this: Client contacts
Getting in
Your agency invites you, and the email links to a page where you set your password. After that, sign in with your email address and password. If you forget it, choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
To change your password, open the menu at the foot of the sidebar and choose Account & password.
Invoices
Finance shows what is outstanding, what you have spent this financial year and when the next payment is due. Open an invoice or download it as a PDF, or choose Download all for the financial year.
Incidents and concerns
- Incidents shows what has happened at your sites. Add a comment, or choose Escalate to agency when it needs their attention.
- To raise something about a guard, open Concerns and choose New concern. The agency acknowledges, reviews and resolves it.
- Messages holds what your agency sends you. Reply in the conversation.
The rest
The dashboard, Live Monitor, Sites, Workforce, Compliance and Analytics show your sites’ attendance and records as your agency keeps them.
